Responsibilities
- Architect scalable neural network frameworks capable of handling exabyte-scale data streams.
- Collaborate with quantum physics researchers to integrate quantum algorithms into classical AI pipelines.
- Define the technical roadmap for autonomous agent deployment by 2026.
- Optimize model inference speeds to ensure real-time decision-making capabilities.
- Establish ethical guidelines and safety protocols for sentient machine interactions.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists, ML engineers, and hardware specialists.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field with a focus on theoretical computation.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in designing large-scale machine learning systems.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust with deep knowledge of PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Experience with quantum computing libraries (Qiskit, Cirq) is highly desirable.
- Strong background in distributed systems and cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams in fast-paced environments.
