Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Architect and lead the technical roadmap for AI systems that anticipate market needs and leverage emerging technologies.
- System Architecture: Design robust, scalable, and secure distributed systems capable of handling high-velocity data streams and complex computations.
- Research & Innovation: Spearhead R&D initiatives focusing on Generative AI, Computer Vision, and Reinforcement Learning to maintain a competitive advantage.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performing team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and business leaders to translate complex technical concepts into actionable strategies.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize model performance, latency, and resource efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field from a top-tier university.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a senior AI/ML architecture role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to think long-term and architect systems that are future-proof and adaptable to evolving technologies.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
