Responsibilities

- AI Integration Strategy: Lead the adoption of AI tools and automation to redefine job roles and operational efficiency across all departments.

- Market Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive analysis of emerging tech trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscapes to inform strategic pivots.
- Culture & Change Management: Lead internal communication strategies to drive adoption of new technologies and foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Partnership Management: Collaborate with C-suite executives and external stakeholders to align talent strategy with business goals.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or Organizational Psychology (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, organizational development, or technical management within a high-growth tech environment.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to forecast long-term trends and translate them into actionable business strategies.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of current AI capabilities (LLMs, automation) and future potential in the workplace.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives and managing cross-functional teams.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences, from developers to board members.
