Responsibilities

- Partner with C-suite executives to define the long-term roadmap for digital transformation and scalability.
- Conduct deep-dive market research to anticipate shifts in the global labor market and talent acquisition trends.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategy consulting, HR tech, organizational development, or a related field.
- Proven track record of leading successful digital transformation initiatives within Fortune 500 or high-growth tech environments.
- Deep understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and their implications for the future of work.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast long-term trends and translate them into actionable strategies.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities across diverse cultures.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology or MBA is preferred).
