Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy next-generation AI models capable of autonomous decision-making for 2026 enterprise standards.
- Lead the migration of legacy systems to quantum-ready, cloud-native infrastructure.
- Define the technical roadmap for our AI Ethics and Safety protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate futuristic concepts into scalable engineering solutions.
- Mentor a high-performance team of data scientists and machine learning engineers.
- Conduct rigorous research into emerging technologies such as Neuromorphic Computing and Synthetic Data generation.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years specializing in AI/ML systems.
- Deep expertise in Deep Learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and LLM architecture.
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams through complex digital transformations.
- Strong understanding of hardware-software co-design and edge computing paradigms.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
