Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical vision for AI infrastructure leading up to 2026.
- Architect scalable machine learning pipelines and data lake solutions.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists and engineers.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, specifically in Quantum Computing and Neural Networks.
- Ensure robust security and compliance standards across all AI deployments.
- Collaborate with product management to translate business needs into technical roadmaps.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML leadership.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern Cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
- Proven experience managing large-scale distributed systems and microservices.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, CI/CD, and data governance.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to mentor junior engineers.
