Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI architectures capable of supporting 2026-era computational demands and quantum integration.
- Lead the research and deployment of advanced Machine Learning models, including Generative AI and Reinforcement Learning.
- Optimize neural network performance for low-latency, high-throughput environments.
- Collaborate with hardware engineering teams to accelerate quantum-classical hybrid workflows.
- Establish best practices for data security, model explainability, and ethical AI governance.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high technical standards.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in AI/ML, Machine Learning Engineering, or Quantum Computing.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and C++.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams through complex architectural challenges.
