Responsibilities
- Strategic Architecture: Design and implement scalable system architectures that align with our 2026 strategic roadmap, focusing on AI integration and cloud-native scalability.
- Tech Leadership: Lead the technical vision for large-scale software development, making critical decisions on technology stacks, tools, and infrastructure.
- Performance Optimization: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of our products, ensuring high availability, low latency, and optimal performance under heavy load.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Security & Compliance: Enforce rigorous security protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards (SOC2, HIPAA) as we scale.
- Mentorship: Foster a culture of continuous learning, mentoring junior engineers and senior staff alike.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in systems architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), microservices architecture, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Programming: Strong background in Python, Go, or Java with a focus on backend systems.
- AI/ML Integration: Experience integrating AI/ML models into production environments and understanding of LLM orchestration.
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to solve complex, large-scale technical problems with innovative solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
