Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap Planning: Lead the definition of the 2026 technology roadmap, aligning engineering goals with business objectives.
- System Architecture: Design and oversee the architecture of scalable, high-performance systems that can handle future growth.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a team of senior engineers and developers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Technical Decision Making: Make high-level architectural decisions regarding cloud infrastructure, microservices, and emerging technologies.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear strategies for stakeholders and non-technical teams.
- Process Improvement: Implement and improve development methodologies (Agile/Scrum) to maximize team efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of software engineering experience with at least 3 years in a technical leadership or architectural role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices architecture, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of leading long-term technical initiatives and roadmaps.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to diverse audiences.
