Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026-forward strategic roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Analyze global megatrends (demographic, technological, environmental) for strategic implications
- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate foresight into corporate planning cycles
- Manage a portfolio of moonshot projects with 5-10 year horizons
- Pioneer ethical frameworks for emerging technologies
- Present strategic narratives to investors and industry stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning at tech/innovation-focused organizations
- Proven experience with horizon scanning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Track record of translating complex futures into actionable strategies
- Strong presentation skills with executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futures/innovation publications
