Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ strategic vision across quantum AI, biometric interfaces, and climate resilience domains
- Lead cross-functional workshops to map emerging tech trends to market opportunities
- Author forward-looking whitepapers and scenario-planning frameworks for executive stakeholders
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify and evaluate breakthrough startups
- Design KPIs to track innovation maturity and ROI for future-facing initiatives
- Represent the company at global tech summits and policy forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercial roadmaps
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to model complex socio-technical ecosystems
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Published thought leadership in tech foresight or innovation strategy
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
