Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end development of the 2026 Strategic Roadmap, aligning corporate vision with operational execution.
- Conduct deep-dive macro-economic and competitive analysis to identify emerging market trends and disruptive technologies.
- Forecast long-term financial and operational scenarios to guide capital allocation and resource planning.
- Present high-level strategic insights and recommendations to the Board of Directors and executive stakeholders.
- Drive cross-departmental alignment to ensure product, marketing, and engineering teams are synchronized with the 2026 vision.
- Monitor KPIs related to strategic milestones and pivot initiatives as market conditions evolve.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in strategic planning, business analysis, or management consulting.
- Proven track record of managing multi-year strategic projects or initiatives.
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) and SQL for data extraction.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex data into compelling narratives.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to think critically about future-state scenarios and long-term implications.
