Responsibilities
- Design Next-Gen Architecture: Lead the design and implementation of scalable systems architecture for AI and quantum computing applications.
- Strategic Roadmap: Define and execute the technical vision for the 2026 product suite, identifying emerging technologies and integration points.
- Cloud & Infrastructure: Oversee the migration and optimization of our hybrid cloud infrastructure to support high-throughput data processing.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation, code quality, and continuous improvement.
- Ethical AI Compliance: Ensure all system designs adhere to the highest standards of ethical AI and data privacy regulations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and security experts to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of distributed systems, microservices, and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- AI & Quantum: Proven experience with machine learning infrastructure or quantum computing concepts.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust with a strong understanding of systems programming.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
