- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in prototyping AR/VR metaverse environments

Qualifications
- 10+ years in distributed systems architecture with 3+ in quantum computing
- Expertise in TensorFlow/PyTorch and quantum machine learning frameworks
- Published research in IEEE or Nature on post-quantum cryptography
- Proven track record scaling systems to 100M+ concurrent users
- Proficiency in Rust, Haskell, and quantum programming languages
- Certification in Google Quantum AI or IBM Quantum Experience
- Experience with neuromorphic computing architectures
- PhD in Computer Science or equivalent breakthrough innovation
