- Lead a cross-functional team in the development of autonomous decision-making frameworks.
- Bridge the gap between theoretical AI concepts and practical, market-ready applications.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to future-proof cloud infrastructures.
- Collaborate with visionary stakeholders to define the roadmap for 2026 and beyond.
- Implement robust security protocols for emerging quantum-resistant data structures.
Who You Are:
- A proven leader with at least 8 years of experience in systems engineering or computer science.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, microservices, and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Strong proficiency in Python, Rust, and high-performance computing languages.
- A track record of shipping complex, scalable software products to global markets.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical jargon for executive stakeholders.
- A Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain the core infrastructure supporting our 2026 strategic initiatives.
- Conduct feasibility studies for emerging technologies, including AI and blockchain integration.
- Code review and technical mentorship for a team of elite engineers.
- Optimize system performance, latency, and throughput under heavy load.
- Develop and enforce best practices for software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Expert knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with machine learning operations (MLOps) and data pipelines.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on scalability and reliability.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
