Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and oversee the implementation of robust, high-performance systems capable of handling massive data loads and complex AI computations.
- Lead AI Integration: Spearhead the integration of Generative AI and Machine Learning models into our core infrastructure to drive automation and efficiency.
- Sustainability Focus: Develop and implement technical strategies that significantly reduce the carbon footprint of our data centers and cloud operations.
- Modernization Strategy: Lead the migration of legacy systems to next-generation cloud-native environments, ensuring zero downtime and maximum security.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of elite engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field; a Master’s degree or PhD is highly preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, system design, and leading technical teams.
- Programming Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, Rust, or Go, with a strong understanding of concurrency and memory management.
- AI/ML Knowledge: Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and experience deploying Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Cloud Mastery: Advanced certifications and practical experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure, specifically in containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
