Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant architectures for advanced AI and machine learning systems.
- Lead the technical vision for integrating generative AI models into production environments.

- Establish and enforce security and ethical guidelines for autonomous system deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product roadmaps for 2026 and beyond.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of innovation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI or machine learning architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, Rust, and modern cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), NLP, and neural network optimization.
- Experience with distributed systems, microservices, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong background in data security, privacy protocols, and AI ethics.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
