Responsibilities
- <ul><li><strong>Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap:</strong> Lead the strategic vision for integrating emerging technologies, specifically AI and Quantum computing, into our core product lines.</li><li><strong>Cross-Functional Leadership:</strong> Collaborate with R&D, Engineering, and Product teams to translate high-level technology strategies into actionable execution plans.</li><li><strong>Innovation Labs Management:</strong> Oversee internal innovation initiatives and 'Future of Work' pilot programs to test and validate new paradigms before full-scale rollout.</li><li><strong>Stakeholder Communication:</strong> Present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, board members, and investors to secure buy-in for major strategic shifts.</li><li><strong>Ethical AI Oversight:</strong> Establish governance frameworks and ethical guidelines to ensure responsible development and deployment of autonomous systems.</li><li><strong>Market Analysis:</strong> Conduct deep-dive research into global tech trends, identifying opportunities for disruption and competitive advantage in the 2026 market landscape.</li></ul>
Qualifications
