Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies and their business applications
- Mentor senior engineers on future-proof coding practices and architectural patterns
- Collaborate with ethics teams to ensure responsible AI implementation
- Develop patents and white papers for industry-leading innovations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in software architecture with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Expertise in cloud-native systems (AWS/GCP/Azure) and microservices architecture
- Proven track record leading large-scale technical transformation projects
- Deep knowledge of AI/ML frameworks, blockchain protocols, and IoT ecosystems
- Strong background in systems security and data privacy regulations
- Published research or patents in future technologies preferred
- Experience with agile methodologies in enterprise environments
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science or related field
