Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical roadmap for Horizon Future Labs, specifically targeting 2026 technological milestones.
- Lead the design and architecture of scalable AI-driven systems and predictive data platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate emerging technologies into core product ecosystems.
- Identify and evaluate potential disruptive technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Oversee the security and ethical implications of deploying future-facing AI models.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural or leadership role.
- Deep expertise in machine learning, natural language processing, or deep learning frameworks.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale systems under tight deadlines.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong background in data strategy and predictive analytics.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
