Qualifications
- 10+ years in enterprise architecture or R&D leadership
- Expertise in quantum computing, blockchain, or neuromorphic systems
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals (2020-2024)
- Proven experience with ethical AI frameworks (e.g., IEEE 7000)
- Scalable microservices architecture certification
- Deep understanding of UN SDGs tech integration
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python/Rust preferred)
- PhD in Computer Science or equivalent innovation track record
