Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 R&D Roadmap: Define and execute the technical strategy for the 2026 Horizon Initiative, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and oversee the implementation of high-performance, distributed systems capable of handling next-gen AI workloads.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation, code excellence, and continuous learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and research teams to translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Define Standards: Establish and enforce architectural standards, best practices, and governance policies for the 2026 ecosystem.
- Performance Optimization: Drive initiatives to reduce latency and improve throughput for real-time AI applications.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent extensive experience.
- Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or senior architect role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Go, Rust, or C++; experience with cloud-native technologies (Kubernetes, AWS/Azure/GCP).
- AI/ML Knowledge: Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), neural networks, and machine learning infrastructure.
- Future Tech: Demonstrated interest or experience in emerging technologies relevant to the 2026 timeframe, such as Quantum Computing or Edge AI.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving ambiguous, high-impact technical problems.
