Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the long-term technical vision and architectural strategy for the 2026 roadmap.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the research, development, and deployment of cutting-edge technologies.
- Identify emerging tech trends (AI, Blockchain, Quantum) and evaluate their potential impact on business objectives.
- Oversee the migration to scalable, future-proof infrastructure.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate high-level business goals into technical blueprints.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, systems engineering, or related technical fields.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical initiatives and architectural transformations.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Next-Gen Computing paradigms.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Rust, or other high-performance languages.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
