- Lead Research and Development (R&D) efforts in emerging technologies, including AI, Quantum Computing, and Sustainable Tech.
- Architect scalable, high-performance systems that ensure stability and scalability for the next generation of products.
- Collaborate with C-level executives and product teams to translate high-level vision into actionable technical strategies.
- Mentor senior engineering teams and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Identify potential risks and opportunities in the tech landscape to keep the 2026 initiative ahead of the curve.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, system design, or a related technical field.
- Proven track record of leading strategic technology initiatives and managing complex, large-scale projects.
- Deep understanding of 2026 technology trends, including edge computing, generative AI, and blockchain integration.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in building and mentoring high-performing engineering teams.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is highly preferred.
