Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Ready Systems: Design and oversee the deployment of scalable, high-performance architectures tailored for next-generation technologies.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives into emerging tech trends, including Neural Networks and Quantum Cryptography, to integrate into our core stack.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Develop long-term technical roadmaps that align with company goals and industry shifts towards 2026.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of senior engineers and developers, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear strategies for executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or senior technical role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud computing (AWS/Azure), and machine learning frameworks.
- Innovation Mindset: Proven track record of identifying emerging technologies and successfully integrating them into production environments.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous technical problems.
