Responsibilities

- Lead the evaluation and integration of emerging technologies to drive competitive advantage.
- Mentor senior engineering teams and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Ensure system security, compliance, and reliability across all enterprise platforms.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or strategic capacity.
- Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and microservices.
- Strong background in AI/ML integration and data-driven decision-making frameworks.
- Proven experience leading teams through digital transformation initiatives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
