Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical vision for the 2026 product roadmap, identifying emerging trends in AI, Quantum Computing, and Edge IoT.
- Lead high-level architectural decisions, ensuring scalability, security, and performance for next-generation applications.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business objectives into technical strategies.
- Prototype and validate innovative technologies through Proof of Concepts (PoCs) before full-scale deployment.
- Establish best practices for code quality, CI/CD pipelines, and agile development methodologies.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the engineering team.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or a related technical field.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing complex, multi-year projects.
- Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Blockchain technologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
