Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Vision: Define the high-level system architecture for projects targeting the year 2026, focusing on AI integration, predictive analytics, and autonomous systems.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research into emerging technologies such as neuromorphic computing and advanced edge AI to validate feasibility for production use.
- Technical Strategy: Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate business goals into long-term technical roadmaps and innovation strategies.
- System Design: Design and oversee the implementation of microservices and cloud-native solutions that are scalable and resilient to future tech shifts.
- Talent Mentorship: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders and investors.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Systems Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, and familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, and distributed systems.
- Futuristic Skills: Demonstrated experience or research interest in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), or quantum algorithm design.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, undefined problems and navigate ambiguity in fast-paced environments.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present technical strategies to diverse audiences.
