Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for upcoming technology integrations, forecasting trends 2-3 years ahead.
- Emerging Tech Prototyping: Spearhead the research and development of early-stage technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Blockchain, Edge Computing).
- System Architecture Design: Design scalable, resilient, and secure architectures that accommodate future growth and technological shifts.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for C-level executives and product managers.
- Talent Development: Mentor a team of junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor global tech trends to identify competitive advantages and market opportunities.
- Technical Due Diligence: Evaluate potential partnerships and acquisitions related to futuristic tech stacks.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in systems architecture, software engineering, or technical product management.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining long-term technical strategies for large-scale enterprise environments.
- Technical Mastery: Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), microservices, and containerization (Docker/K8s).
- Futuristic Tech Fluency: Experience with or a strong understanding of AI/ML frameworks, Quantum computing basics, and Web3 protocols.
- Leadership: Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Problem Solving: Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive projects to completion in a fast-paced, experimental environment.
