Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of scalable systems ready for the 2026 technology landscape.
- Define and execute the long-term technology roadmap, identifying emerging trends in AI, Edge Computing, and Distributed Systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies into legacy environments seamlessly.
- Mentor junior engineers and senior staff, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Ensure system security, resilience, and high availability across all global infrastructure.
- Conduct feasibility studies for experimental technologies to determine their viability for enterprise deployment.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Systems Architecture, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience leading technical teams through complex digital transformations.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Familiarity with AI/ML infrastructure and quantum computing concepts is a major plus.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
