Responsibilities
- Design and oversee the implementation of a scalable, high-performance technology stack for the 2026 product roadmap.
- Lead architecture reviews to ensure code quality, security, and adherence to best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and engineering leads to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Identify emerging technologies and evaluate their potential to drive business value.
- Establish technical standards and guidelines to ensure consistency across the organization.
- Guide the career development of junior architects and senior engineers.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and system architecture.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams through complex digital transformations.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong command of modern programming languages (Python, Go, or Rust).
- Experience with AI/ML infrastructure and data pipeline architecture.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
