Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Architect and define the comprehensive technology roadmap, aligning long-term vision with quarterly execution plans.
- Emerging Tech Integration: Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, Advanced AI, Edge Computing) to stay ahead of market trends.
- Legacy Modernization: Lead cross-functional initiatives to modernize legacy systems, ensuring seamless scalability and performance.
- Strategic Feasibility: Conduct deep-dive technical feasibility studies for high-impact projects and provide executive-level recommendations.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with product, engineering, and executive teams to translate strategic vision into technical specifications.
- Talent Development: Mentor senior engineers and architects on emerging standards, best practices, and future tech methodologies.
- Compliance & Security: Ensure all architectural decisions adhere to industry standards, data privacy laws, and security protocols.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or strategic technology planning.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives and managing high-performance teams.
- Technical Expertise: Deep expertise in Cloud Computing (AWS/Azure/GCP), DevOps, and microservices architecture.
- AI & Data: Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning pipelines, and data governance.
- Communication: Excellent leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
- Education: BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
