Responsibilities
- Architect the Future: Design and implement scalable, robust technology stacks specifically engineered to handle the demands of 2026 and beyond.
- AI Integration: Spearhead the adoption and optimization of Large Language Models (LLMs) and autonomous AI agents across all business units.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Strategic Roadmap: Define long-term technical strategies that align with emerging market trends and futuristic business goals.
- System Modernization: Overhaul legacy systems to ensure seamless interoperability with next-generation decentralized networks.
- Security & Compliance: Establish rigorous security frameworks that preemptively address future cyber-threat vectors.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, system architecture, or a related technical field.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python, Rust, Go, and experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- AI Expertise: Demonstrable success in implementing and scaling AI/ML solutions, particularly in Generative AI contexts.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Cloud Mastery: Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) with a focus on serverless and edge computing.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
