- Oversee proof-of-concept (PoC) development for next-gen solutions.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, systems architecture, or product management.
- Proven track record of leading innovation initiatives or R&D departments.
- Deep knowledge of AI, Machine Learning, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Experience working in fast-paced, agile environments.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
