Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance architectures for next-generation AI applications and quantum computing solutions.
- Lead research initiatives into quantum algorithms and their practical integration with classical systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product roadmaps and technical strategies for the 2026 technology stack.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and performance optimization across all future-tech platforms.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with a strong focus on AI, Machine Learning, or High-Performance Computing.
- Proficiency in Python, Rust, and modern cloud-native technologies (Kubernetes, AWS, GCP).
- Experience with quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq) is a strong plus.
- Strong understanding of ethical AI principles, data governance, and system security.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field.
