Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Tech Stack: Lead the architectural planning for emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Quantum Readiness, and Edge Computing.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Translate high-level business goals into actionable technical roadmaps for the 2026 fiscal year.
- System Design: Design high-availability, fault-tolerant systems that can handle massive scale and complexity.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Vendor Management: Evaluate and select partnerships with key technology providers for future integration.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software architecture, with a specific focus on AI, Machine Learning, or Future Tech integration.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, Rust, or Go; deep understanding of distributed systems and cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the capacity to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
