Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, and carbon-negative tech
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets and vendor partnerships for emerging tech
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board members quarterly
- Build and mentor a 15-person innovation lab with PhD-level researchers
- File 10+ patents annually in next-gen tech domains
- Organize annual Tech Horizon Summit (2026 edition) featuring industry pioneers
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech R&D with 5+ years in executive innovation roles
- Proven track record launching at least 3 industry-disrupting products
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Experience managing global R&D teams across 3+ continents
- Published author in top-tier tech journals (Nature/Science/AI)
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or Arabic for global partnerships
