Responsibilities
- Architect and lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and societal needs
- Secure strategic partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and other innovation hubs
- Translate complex innovations into scalable commercial products
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and futurists
- Secure multi-million dollar innovation grants from NSF and DARPA
- Present breakthroughs at global tech forums like Web Summit and CES
- Ensure ethical implementation of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field
- 10+ years in tech R&D with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching commercialized innovations
- Expertise in quantum computing or AI ethics frameworks
- Experience securing $5M+ in government/venture funding
- Published research in Nature, Science, or IEEE journals
- Strong network with academic and industry innovation leaders
- Fluency in emerging tech policy and regulatory landscapes
