Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 8+ years in tech innovation
- Proven track record scaling quantum/AI projects from concept to market deployment
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies (NIST, ISO 21434)
- Strong background in sustainable tech lifecycle management and ESG compliance
- Exceptional strategic planning and stakeholder communication skills
- Published research in IEEE Nature journals or equivalent tier publications
- Experience securing $5M+ in R&D funding from federal/state innovation grants
