Responsibilities
- Design and execute 5-year innovation roadmaps for next-gen technologies (quantum computing, biotech fusion, AI ethics)
- Lead R&D initiatives targeting 2026 market readiness for sustainable tech solutions
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry disruptors
- Drive patent development and intellectual property strategy for emerging tech domains
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile innovation methodologies and future-proofing principles
- Present visionary concepts to C-suite and board stakeholders for strategic alignment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation with proven track record in emerging tech commercialization
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech integration, or sustainable tech
- Strategic planning experience with 5+ year technology roadmaps
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Published thought leadership in future-tech publications (IEEE, Nature Futures, etc.)
- Strong background in intellectual property strategy and patent development
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight preferred
