Responsibilities

- Develop 5-year innovation roadmap aligned with emerging market trends and regulatory frameworks
- Manage cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and futurists to prototype breakthrough solutions
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators for cutting-edge research
- Drive adoption of sustainable tech practices across all product development cycles
- Present innovation strategies to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in tech innovation leadership with proven track record in emerging technologies

- Published research or patents in future-tech domains preferred
- Experience managing budgets exceeding $5M for R&D initiatives
- Strong background in agile development methodologies and rapid prototyping
