Responsibilities
- Architect 3-5 year technology roadmaps focusing on AI ethics, quantum computing applications, and neuro-interface systems
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop prototypes for next-gen human-computer interaction platforms
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum AI, synthetic biology, neural interfaces) for commercial viability
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Present innovation frameworks to executive stakeholders and investors
- Mentor junior researchers through our Future Tech Fellowship program
- Ensure all innovations comply with emerging regulatory frameworks for 2026 tech standards
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in technology innovation or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in launching at least two cutting-edge tech products
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or neuro-technology domains
- Experience managing cross-disciplinary teams with diverse technical expertise
- Strong background in technology ethics and sustainable innovation practices
- Exceptional strategic planning and stakeholder communication skills
- Published research or patents in emerging technology fields
