Responsibilities
- Architect scalable AI/ML frameworks for predictive analytics and autonomous systems
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing and post-silicon hardware innovation
- Develop strategic roadmaps for 5G+ and satellite-internet infrastructure
- Champion ethical AI governance and sustainable data center protocols
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile development of AR/VR enterprise solutions
- Collaborate with policy think tanks on global tech standardization
- Drive innovation sprints for biotech-digital convergence platforms
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech leadership with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with published research
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record of scaling tech teams to 50+ engineers
- Deep knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST AI Framework, and GDPR Tech
- Speaker at global tech conferences (e.g., CES, Web Summit)
- Portfolio of patented innovations in at least two emerging tech domains
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages (Q#)
