Responsibilities
- Architect and design the core infrastructure for 2026-era AI systems, ensuring scalability and quantum-ready environments.
- Lead a cross-functional team of researchers, engineers, and data scientists to deliver prototypes within aggressive 2026 roadmap milestones.
- Identify emerging technologies (e.g., neuromorphic computing) and evaluate their viability for integration into our core product suite.
- Establish technical standards and best practices to maintain code quality and system integrity.
- Collaborate with product management to translate complex 2026 visions into executable technical strategies.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Deep expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Python ecosystem.
- Experience with quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq) or neural network optimization is a strong plus.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
