Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical vision for the 2026 Innovation Roadmap, prioritizing high-impact projects.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers and researchers to develop next-generation AI architectures.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate business objectives into technical strategies.
- Oversee the integration of emerging technologies, including quantum-resistant cryptography and edge computing.
- Establish best practices for scalability, security, and performance in futuristic system designs.
- Conduct R&D to validate feasibility for speculative 2026 technologies.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior engineering role.
- Deep expertise in Machine Learning, Neural Networks, and Cloud Infrastructure.
- Proven track record of leading high-stakes technical projects with a long-term horizon.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with futuristic simulation tools or predictive modeling software is a plus.
