You will be responsible for guiding a team of elite engineers in deploying cutting-edge generative AI models and immersive web experiences that define the industry standard for 2026.
Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of the 2026 technology stack, focusing on AI Agents and Spatial Computing.
- Define and enforce high-level system design principles and coding standards for future-forward projects.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate futuristic concepts into actionable technical roadmaps.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- Conduct deep-dive technical reviews and optimize system performance for scalability and efficiency.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Proven expertise in modern programming languages (Python, Go, Rust) and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP).
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG pipelines, and Generative AI architectures.
- Strong background in 3D graphics, WebGL, or Spatial Computing technologies is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
