We are seeking a hands-on leader who can bridge the gap between current capabilities and future requirements. You will be responsible for architecting scalable systems, integrating AI-driven solutions, and guiding our engineering teams toward a unified vision.
Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the technical roadmap for the 2026 product launch, ensuring scalability and performance.
- Define and implement best practices for cloud-native infrastructure and microservices.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate futuristic concepts into technical specifications.
- Mentor senior engineers and junior developers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks early in the development lifecycle.
- Oversee the integration of emerging technologies such as Generative AI and Edge Computing.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to security and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a technical leadership or architecture role.
- Deep expertise in modern programming languages (Python, Go, Rust, or TypeScript).
- Proven track record of designing scalable distributed systems and cloud architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with AI/ML integration and data pipeline architecture.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
