Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Define and execute the long-term technical vision for Horizon Industries, ensuring alignment with business goals and emerging market trends.
- Lead Innovation Labs: Spearhead internal R&D initiatives focused on futuristic technologies, including AI-driven automation and decentralized systems.
- System Design: Design scalable, high-performance microservices architectures capable of supporting massive global growth.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Talent Development: Mentor a team of senior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.

Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architecture role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in modern languages (Go, Rust, or Python) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strategic Vision: Proven ability to identify emerging tech trends and integrate them into practical business applications.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a track record of solving complex system architecture challenges.
