As a Future Tech Lead, you will bridge the gap between theoretical innovation and practical implementation, ensuring Aether Dynamics remains at the forefront of the next decade.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technical Roadmap for AI infrastructure and quantum integration.
- Lead a high-performance team of futurists, data scientists, and engineers in R&D initiatives.
- Identify emerging technologies (e.g., AGI, Neuromorphic computing) and assess their viability for enterprise adoption.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate strategic vision into actionable product development.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to next-gen cloud architectures.
- Patent and publish novel algorithms relevant to future computing paradigms.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering, AI, or Strategic Technology roles.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Proven track record of leading teams through complex digital transformations.
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative adversarial networks (GANs).
- Experience with quantum computing frameworks or significant interest in quantum-algorithm design.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and communication skills.
