Responsibilities
- Develop and articulate the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with long-term business objectives.
- Conduct in-depth research on emerging tech trends (AI, Blockchain, IoT) to forecast industry shifts.
- Lead architectural reviews to ensure systems are scalable for projected 2026 growth.
- Collaborate with product management to define future-proof features and user experiences.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks associated with long-term innovation projects.
- Establish partnerships with key technology vendors and research institutions.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or product strategy, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and the ability to forecast their impact on business by 2026.
- Strong background in Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure) and Data Strategy.
- Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale technical transformations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
